This all could have been handled in a much more respectful way! They would not talk to my father and were very rude to him and to me when I asked what was going on with my mother and why they were treating her this way. The security team seemed to just want to escalate this on the casino floor, perhaps thinking she would agree to paying them something instead of being embarrassed? They never fully explained to her why they thought she did this on purpose, SEVERAL HOURS EARLIER, or what proof they had. They had no idea who she was, what her name was, if she was local or staying at the hotel. So they confiscated what she had left - just over half what they were saying she 'stole' and expected her to come up with the remaining amount. Normally who ever left money quickly realizes it and there is no problem. Really, an entire posse for a 70 year old woman? Initially she thought maybe she had accidentally put her ticket in a machine that still had money in it. After 2 evenings of enjoying the casino, all of us leaving several $$ in the machines, a security 'posse' surrounded my 70 year old mother, belittling and threatening her with arrest if she did not pay back over $200 that she 'stole' from a machine. I don't normally write reviews, but the overall experience was so hideous that I feel I must share it.
